Material

Main Fabric:
2L Cutan®
100% Pre-Consumer Recycled Polyamide, 20 denier, 62 g/m² bluesign® Approved Fabric
Coutan® is a proprietary waterproof and breathable technology developed by Klettalmusen, which has developed a PTFE-free membrane and eliminated fluorine compounds during production, improving the performance and sustainability of existing fabrics. Developed to improve both sex. Coutan® fabric is flexible, has excellent stretch and is 100% fluorine-free. Constructed of 3 or 2.5 layers of membrane fabric, they are highly waterproof and breathable and are impregnated with a fluorine-free, water-repellent impregnant. The membrane is made from polyurethane and is hydrophilic. Coutan® Super Stretch consists of three layers: an inner layer of polyamide, a central waterproof polyurethane membrane and an outer layer of polyamide and stretch fibers. These three layers of fabric are laminated to form one piece of fabric. Coutan® Stretch RP consists of three layers: an inner polyester fabric, a waterproof polyester interlayer, and an outer fabric made from 100% recycled polyester (RP). These three layers of fabric are stacked together to form one piece of fabric. Coutan® Stretch RP is 100% recyclable.

Reinforcement:
Recycled Polyamide
Shoulder and Handpocket Lid
100% Polyamide, 78 g/m²
Polyamide (nylon) is a synthetic fiber originally made from petroleum that produces extremely strong and versatile fabrics. Levitent® is a polyamide-based fabric that uses a variety of recycled materials, including bio-based and virgin materials. Klettalmuthen uses recycled polyamide from industrial waste and post-consumer sources. For those of us who want to encourage people to send their used products for recycling, post-consumer waste is the first choice. Post-consumer waste materials used in recycled polyamide include discarded industrial fishing nets, old carpets, and hard fibers. Levitend®, which is used in the surface fabric of down products, is a recycled material made from bioresources such as soybeans. The diamond weave structure gives the surface a soft feel. This pattern creates a slight distance between your body and the garment so it doesn't cling to your skin. It also provides a dry feeling even with active use. It is lightweight and wrinkle-resistant, making it ideal for packable items for active use. The tightly woven fibers provide protection from the wind. The fabric also uses PFC water repellent and can be used as a light shelter.

Insulation:
White Goose Down 90/10, RDS Certified, bluesign® approved : Primaloft® 100% Post-Consumer Recycled Polyester, 100 g/m² : Down weight - 100 g/m²

RDS Certified Down
At Klettalmuhsen, we only use the highest quality 800+ fill power goose down as insulation for our down products. Therefore, with proper care, it will maintain its shape and insulation properties for decades. All down used by Klettalmusen is RDS Certified (Responsible Down Standard). Being RDS certified means the entire supply chain has been audited and the bird's life is respected throughout its lifecycle. For example, live plucking and force feeding are strictly prohibited and all down is fully traceable back to the farm. Klettalmusen chooses to use unbleached down that does not contain chlorine, so the few feathers in all our down products will darken. If there are any feathers showing through the outer material, gently squeeze or shake until the feathers disappear.

Box Construction
All Klettalmusen down products have a box structure. Rather than having through-seams, the inner sidewall is used to distribute the down evenly. Most down products on the market have a single seam between the outer fabric and the inner fabric, which creates thousands of tiny holes that allow air to pass through and eliminate much of the insulating properties of down. Masu. Box construction creates a completely windproof layer that maximizes the warmth of goose down, resulting in down clothing with no cold spots or wind leaks. Box construction combined with 800+ fill power down provides superior thermal efficiency at significantly less weight than traditional construction methods.

Measuring Guide

1. Chest - Wrap the measuring tape under your arms and around the widest part of your chest. Take a deep breath and check to see if the tape measure is too tight.

2. Waist Place the measuring tape around your waist at the smallest point around your navel, relax deeply and take a deep breath to make sure the measuring tape is not placed too tightly .

3. Sleeve Length - Find the highest point of your neck with your fingers and start from there and place the measuring tape. Next, place the tape measure along your shoulders and lower it down your arms. Bend your arm slightly and place the tape measure on your elbow, then lower it to the vertebrae of your wrist and measure.

4. Back Length - Use your fingers to find the highest point of your neck, start from there and measure to the same point you used to measure your waist. Tip: Wrap a webbing belt around your waist as a guide so you know exactly how far down you should measure.

5. Seat - Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your buttocks. At this time, be careful not to make the tape too tight.
