1. payment - payment method -

Credit card payment

The credit cards that can be used for payment are as follows.

Our store uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) system, and your card number is encrypted. You can use it with peace of mind without worrying about it being stolen or tampered with. Please contact your credit card company for confirmation as the number of payments varies depending on your contract details. Please note that "bonus lump sum payment" cannot be used in our system.

Shop Pay

From your second use onward, you can easily make payments using Shop Pay. Your email address, credit card, shipping, and billing information is securely stored on Shopify's PCI Compliance servers during your first order, so you can quickly fill out and save time on subsequent orders. You will be able to proceed with Shopify checkout.

Amazon Pay

When you use Amazon Pay, you can shop using the shipping address and credit card information already registered in your account. You can use Amazon's world-class information security safely and securely. When placing your order, please click the "Pay with Amazon Account" button and log in using the email address and password registered with Amazon. When you order with Amazon Pay, the payment will be made to Amazon. Payment can only be made in one lump sum. Amazon points cannot be used for payment on the Amazon system. Additionally, points will not be awarded.

About receipts

When placing an order, you can issue it yourself from the checkout screen or order management screen. You can also edit the address and proviso. It will be issued only once. Also, since it is an electronic receipt (PDF), a receipt will not be included with the delivery. If you would like to request special issuance procedures such as stamps/company stamps, etc., please send us a message and let us know that you would like a receipt. It is issued only to customers who request it. The email will be sent to the email address you registered within 2-3 days after your purchased product is shipped, so if you have set your email address to refuse to receive emails, please turn it off.

Credit card verification and contract establishment

Our store has introduced a payment security system to prevent unauthorized use. If your credit card company or payment security system does not authenticate your order due to the reasons listed below, or if there is a problem with the credit card or order information you used at the time of payment, we will contact you to confirm your order details. We may accept or cancel your order.
- For orders accessed from overseas
- If the address is incorrect and does not exist
- If the name of the orderer and the credit card holder are different
- If you are making consecutive payments with multiple credit cards
- If the IP address at the time of purchase and the delivery address are significantly different

- If the payment amount is clearly higher than that of other customers, the contract for your order will be established when you receive an email notifying you that the product will be shipped.

2. shipping - About shipping -

delivery date

Normally, if we have the item in stock, we will ship it the next business day at the earliest (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). If the item is a pre-order or will take a week or more to arrive, we will notify you separately on the product page.

Shipping fee

Our delivery charges will be as follows.

If the total order amount is 5,000 yen (excluding tax) or more, shipping is free. If the total order amount is less than 5,000 yen ( excluding tax ), 700 yen ( excluding tax )

- We are currently running a campaign where all items are free shipping within Japan.
- Additional shipping charges may be charged for large items and some other items. Applicable products will be listed on the product page.
- If you order a product eligible for additional shipping charges, we will inform you of the additional shipping charges via an order confirmation email.

delivery company

Delivery is outsourced to Yamato Transport and shipped from a warehouse in Chiba Prefecture.

If you are not present at the time of delivery

Yamato Transport will issue an absentee note, but if we cannot contact you within the storage period or if the address is unknown, the product will be automatically returned to us. Returned products will be canceled at our discretion. Please note that we do not accept re-delivery.

About shipping packaging and gift wrapping

The product will be shipped in simple packaging, wrapped in cushioning material and placed in an outer box specified by our store. Shopping bags (including cotton bags/paper bags) are not included. Please note that we do not provide gift wrapping or shopping bags.

3. return & exchange - About exchanges and returns -

Regarding changes to order details

Due to our system, we cannot accept changes to order details such as size, color, quantity, etc. after an order has been placed. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us via email.

About size and color exchange

For size or color exchanges, please contact our store via email with your request within 7 days of delivery. We will check our inventory and get back to you. If an exchange is possible, please return the product in its original condition to the address specified by us. Please note that the shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer. After confirming the actual condition of the returned product, we will promptly send you a replacement product.

Regarding returns due to customer convenience

If you wish to return the item for unavoidable reasons, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery, stating the reason for the return. Please return the product in the same condition as you purchased it to the address specified by us. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product. If the returned product can be resold, we will issue a refund.

Regarding exchanges and returns due to product defects

Sputnik Co., Ltd. has concluded exclusive importer and exclusive distributorship agreements in Japan with each brand sold at the Sputnik Shop. Our store offers a free warranty against product defects for one year after purchase (some products are not covered). If you receive a defective product that has an initial defect, please contact our store by email. In the event of a defect, we would appreciate it if you could also send us a photo of the defective part so that we can respond quickly. We will check the stock status at our store and exchange it for a new item. We may not be able to accept exchanges if the desired product is out of stock or out of production. If we do not have the same item in stock, we will replace it with a similar item or issue a refund.

Reasons why returns/exchanges are not possible

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
‒ Products that have been damaged intentionally or through gross negligence by the customer
– Products damaged due to incorrect usage not specified in the product manual
– If the actual product cannot be confirmed due to loss, theft, natural disaster, etc.
– In the case of damage due to aging after the product warranty period has passed
– Products purchased at other stores (please contact the store of purchase)
– Products returned without prior notice


For refunds after returns, please follow the procedure below.
– If you purchased with credit card / Paypal / Amazon Pay, we will cancel the payment within 5 business days after receiving the product. After that, the refund will be sent to your account through the payment company, but please note that it may take some time to complete the refund depending on the credit card company's closing date.
