You can still place orders during the closure period, but product shipping, inquiries, and support services will be closed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Regarding product orders and delivery before and after summer holidays

Shipping of ordered items will be as follows:

- Order by 12:00 on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 ⇒ Shipping on Wednesday, August 9

- Wednesday, August 9, 2023 Orders placed after 12:00 ⇒ Will be shipped sequentially from August 16th (Wednesday)

During the summer holidays (obon period), delays in delivery due to traffic congestion and concentration of cargo are expected. Please allow 2-3 days to place your order.

Regarding responses to inquiries during summer vacation

We will respond sequentially from August 15th (Tuesday) after the closure period.
