2017_05 Sierra Nevada, USA - 2

I wanted to get a glimpse of the US Trail that everyone admires, so I went to Yosemite and Sequoia with a tent.

The Sierra Nevada mountains in May are covered in snow... It's only 3,000 to 4,000 meters, so it's natural if you imagine it, but there was a huge gap between it and the cheerful weather of California.

When I showed a national park ranger a map and asked him, ``I want to go here, please give me permission to camp,'' and he said, ``Is he an idiot?'' It sounds like "Impossible!", so I went to see if it was true, and found it completely covered in debris.

For some reason, I was imagining a lakeside sunset at the same campsite as a beautiful woman in shorts and a tank top that I had passed by on the trail...

I couldn't see the trail, so even if I climbed up to the ridge for 8 hours using maps and GPS, I wouldn't be able to make it in time if I didn't go all the way back down at Grisade! In the end, it ended up being the same as usual.

Yesterday I walked in the desert at over 40 degrees with no moisture, and today I'm drenched in the snowy mountains. It's a very busy country.

It's solid, but sequoia cedar is large and not bulky.
